Offer mechanics:

• An account holder is eligible to win only once during the entire promotion period.
• For new clients, a Registration and Participation Form will be included in the account opening form the new clients to sign. The clients can opt to not sign said Registration and Participation Form if they do not wish to participate.
• If the same account holder is randomly selected again in subsequent raffle draw/s, the same shall be cancelled and another qualified entry will be randomly selected.
• Motorcycles are transferable but not convertible to cash.
• Winners shall be presented via MSTeams and determined through a random electronic raffle draw , which will be conducted under the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry(DTI) and a representative from the Internal Audit Group of Top Bank Philippines.
• Top Bank will announce the winners on its Facebook Page and on its Instagram page
• The winners will be notified via registered mail and phone number with details on how to redeem the raffle prize.
• Winners will be asked to visit the Head Office or the nearest TopBank Branch (if outside Metro Manila/or if from Visayas/Mindanao) tovalidate their identity.
• Winner will be asked to sign a document detailing the confirmation of receipt of the raffle prize, granting permission for Top Bank to announce their name/s as the winners and to take photos.
• Winners shall claim his/her raffle prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail.
• If a winner cannot claim the raffle prize within the sixty (60)-day redemption period, the raffle prize will be forfeited in favor of Top Bank with prior DTI approval.
