The new Top Bank UnionPay Debit Card is now available to new clients who open an account through any Top Bank Business Center, as well as for existing clients whose cards are nearing expiry or due for renewal. Clients who wish to upgrade to the new card outside of their renewal schedule may do so for a standard Php 150 replacement fee.
