It has reached our attention that a group identified as “12 Stars Sunflower Holding Corporation” has been using the name of our Bank, Top Bank Philippines, Inc., to collect fees to open an account as part of their company’s beneficiary program. The solicited fees are allegedly intended to cover the cost of downloading the Bank’s application and ATM-related charges.
Top Bank Philippines, Inc. (a Rural Bank) would like to clarify that it has no partnership, connection, or any dealings with “12 Stars Sunflower Holding Corporation.” We would like to emphasize that the Bank does not require such fees for opening an ATM account and has not contracted any agent or another entity to solicit Account Opening on its behalf.
The public is hereby strongly advised not to send money to unauthorized or unverified accounts and refrain from transacting with entities or individuals claiming to represent Top Bank Philippines, Inc.
