3 FREE CASH WITHDRAWAL MONTHLY WITH TOP BANK UNIONPAY CARD

Cash Access Made Easier with Your Top Bank UnionPay Card!  

Starting October 1, 2026 , Top Bank UnionPay cardholders will get three (3) free cash withdrawals per month from any Non Top Bank ATMs nationwide. Please note that three (3) free cash withdrawal allocation renew monthly.  

The applicable ATM withdrawal fee will initially be charged at the time of transaction. The fees corresponding to the first three (3) withdrawals made during the month shall be refunded to the cardholder’s account in the following month.

Cash withdrawal from any Top Bank ATMs are still free of charge.

Top Bank BancNet only Cardholders are not covered. Applicable withdrawal fees for cash withdrawals made using Top Bank BancNet only cards at non-Top Bank ATMs still apply.
